I just wanted to let you know that everytime I read your last comment on Trowbridge, I LOL. That's probably the funniest comment that I've ever received on Trowbridge. I'll give Keno your best and a tip of a shrewsky brewsky.
Hi: You don't know me. I found you through Giggles (Sherrie), a blog friend of mine. She talked me into posting on Illustration Friday and so I did my first time yesterday. Now I am going from blog to blog seeing what others have posted. Yours is wonderfully fun.
Beautiful image - with a new green color, just a "spring color" I think..
And thanks a lot for your comment to my exhibition - and yes, it's important to "go for the real world too", it's quite another experience. Not better, not worce - just different.
Its interesting how you block your pieces to achieve a sense of balance...it gives your pieces both breathing room and the eye places to rest and then wander. In this piece I think it cool that you placed the geometric borders in contrast to the organic shapes.... It creates a nice light tension. Lovely...
So delicate and beautiful...love it :)
