I have to say, I don't know much about the Mighty Ducks but, If they need inspiration, this illustration should do it. He's adoreable and he looks like he just might do it, with the help of the rest of the team of course Very cool, fun piece of work!
Cute duck! I'm guessing this is an ice hockey reference, and he's standing on a puck. I must confess, I've never really understood ice hockey - it looks pretty vicious!
So cute!! I'm a Penguins fan (living where I do, I'd be disloyal if I weren't!) I always liked the team name here, though! Almost as good as "The Fighting Quips" (high school team in the Pittsburgh met area)
The Mighty Duck looks as he's ready to win - but unfortunately that isn't allways enough! Like your duck and idea and I wish him good luck (maybee it could help?)
I don't know, but I'm hoping the Pittsburgh Penguins do instead. Anyhow fun illo! I used to love this movie as a kid.

ReplyDeleteThat would be a mighty big 'might' for them to win. Great take. Plus, I really like the tribute to Zappa below. All cool.
ReplyDeleteIf that happens it will be a very sad day in Brautsville, and Edmonton. They are still quite unhappy about Chris Pronger leaving.
