I see three possibilities that are hiding in the open. The girl, the blue guy holding a leg(?) and the face in the right upper corner. Talk about camouflage confusion! All the colors are wonderful together, a mind game for sure. Well done!
I agree with Brian--it was the first thing I thought of--a nice large scale piece even. Have you thought of using some of your digital art as templates for paintings Mike? They'd work real nice.
As with your fab "rejection" piece, there's a desparate scene of balancing going on, but in this case the players are quite mad, and haven't a clue they are camouflaging anything. Amazing and fascinating piece, and I love the jagged colors, wow, and the energy!
True! I have seen people hiding in the open. Cool piece, great shapes and colors and I like the face too!

Great colors and so much movement! Too funny you have the same name as my brother (except his last name is Daley)

You're right. And if you look like you are supposed to be there (and you're not supposed to be there) no one questions you.
ReplyDeleteI love the spacy cosmic feel of it all!
ReplyDeleteYes, sometimes! It's a surprising illo, you've made, it demands us to look more than once - and that's indeed a good thing! Have a nice weekend Mike -
ReplyDeleteYou're talking about the blue guy next to the wall... or... no... wait... there! I see her!
ReplyDeleteSeriously, this is an illustration that really brings one in for closer enjoyment. Love the PacMan top and center.
Wow this is just so cool and retro! I love this - the pacman, the mushrooms. . .the colors - just awesome.
